In Astana there is a coffee house with a unique concept called Karma Coffee. In it you can not only eat delicious food and drink coffee, but also get a reading from a tarotologist, numerologist, as well as get predictions on coffee grounds. And especially for Karma Coffee I drew illustrations for cards with messages.
For me the meaning of the cards lies first of all in good motivation and good wishes. The cards are not simple, they contain a deep meaning - the strength of our spirit, our kind and a charge for good.
Based on the wishes, on the front side I depicted hands, different elements of magic and ethnic motifs.
On the inside of the cards, the center object is the outline of our country, which is where the message is located. Around the edges of the illustration are hands with branches, a symbol of life and development into goodness. At the bottom of the illustration, mountain dunes peek through. They echo the subtle outline of the mountains and forests within the map itself.
Also, the symbols of our ethnic spirit (Kasiet) are depicted in the illustration - these are the musical instruments Asatayak and Dangyra. As a tribute to the strength of the family and the national spirit of our people.
Here in the illustration there is a deep meaning, namely Қasiet. It is a source of information and power (superpowers) of spirit bearers. It is also a source of artistic creativity, inventive solutions and spiritual power of the whole nomadic society. It is manifested externally as a spiritual system of some "invisible force", connecting families, clans, people and the whole nature into a single harmonious whole.
